7.4 Data Transfers Outside the EU
ARTIS is prohibited from transferring collected information to a country located outside the European Union or recognized as “inadequate” by the European Commission without informing the customer in advance.
Data is hosted in France via OVH and remains within the European Union.

To ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, ARTIS uses:
