We supported the CINQ MONDES brand in settling into the new Rivoli-side building of the iconic Samaritaine. The 500m² space is divided in two: a boutique and reception area open to customers and a more intimate section housing massage cabins and a hammam. The shell was delivered raw by the department store teams during its major rehabilitation works. We therefore had to run all technical networks from the building's connection points, create new partitions and suspended ceilings before installing finishes and fittings in this basement with significant logistical and technical constraints.
