Spread over two floors, this concept store offers dining areas similar to a food court, as well as a large grocery and retail space, all dedicated to Japanese gastronomy. The venue’s architecture also reflects the codes of contemporary Japanese design, combining raw and refined materials: exposed technical ceilings, structural stone elements, raw earth wall finishes, light wood and aluminum furnishings, mirrors, polished concrete floors, and intimate all-wood dining areas with soft, subdued lighting. A large-scale project in the heart of Paris, involving all trades—from the most technical roles to the carpenters responsible for the custom fittings.
