Deep renovation of a building housing 9 apartment-hotel units in the heart of the Marais.
Each room was stripped back to bare walls to start fresh with compliant technical networks and materials tailored to the architectural project. Result: apartments all different, where technical and architectural solutions were shaped to offer the most spacious and ergonomic volumes possible while ensuring optimal functionality. The stripping was an opportunity to work with engineering firms to study the building's structural integrity and allowed for framework repairs to provide a resistant and durable skeleton for the project. The concept highlighted the uniqueness of each apartment by bringing in artists who created a unique decor in each room.
