Complete renovation of two levels to house the headquarters of the French Order of Physiotherapists.
Complete stripping, structural repairs, creation of a stairwell and elevator, plus a total reorganization enabled the transformation of these two floors totaling 600m². First, the technical work was a real challenge to make the basement not only accessible but also viable, healthy, and habitable. It also had to adapt, like the fittings, to the heritage of the site, particularly highlighting the brick vault in the basement. The result conceals all these technical elements while showcasing beautiful architectural details: ceiling cutouts for lighting, the handrail integrated into the wall, and fittings running along the walls.
